If you or someone you know is interested in joining our hālau and becoming part of our hula ʻohana, we’d love to hear from you. We welcome keiki kāne, kaikamahine, kāne, and wahine of all ages—from keiki to kupuna.

Located in Keaʻau Ag Lots across from Kamehameha Schools Hawaiʻi, our hālau is now open for enrollment through December 31, 2025. Begin your hula journey with us!

All new students are required to attend a mandatory orientation on Friday, January 2, 2026, from 5:00–6:30 pm. Classes begin the week of January 5, 2026.

The Laulima Day Performance

Laulima Day Events On Saturday, December 6th, Laulima Day will feature a time for local people to help support struggling keiki, kupuna, and ʻohana across Hawaiʻi. The entertainment will include award-winning hālau, ʻukulele groups, hip-hop dancers, fitness teams, a youth orchestra, and a taiko drum team.
